Thai cuisine is one of the most varied in the world. Rice with long grain and perfumed is the staple food. It is accompanied with meat, vegetables and all kinds of fish. Careful many dishes are spicy.

 

Some specialties:

 

  • The “MEE GROB” fresh noodles mixed with shrimp.
  • The “KHAO PAT” fried rice….
  • The “CAIYANG” stuffed chicken with coconut.
  • The “TOM YAM KUNG” traditional soup with vegetables and shrimp.

Tropical fruits are unique: mangoes, mangosteens, guava, litchi, pineapple, papaya….

Local whiskeys are of good quality. The most famous is the Mekong. Also found everywhere spirits, fruit and beer juice.

Demand that bottled water be decapsulated before you, this is done by precaution.
